So it's time to get started on my New Year's resolutions...I put losing weight at the top of the list (at this point my weight is a health hazard) and is starting to affect everyone around me. Just the other day Scotty almost lost an eye! Everyone has their favorite jeans....well I was putting mine on, and not just "favorite" jeans, these were actually tall's, and for some reason a requirement for being tall is also being skinny....well you know me....I like to go against the rules, guess I am a rebel like that. Anyway, I pull up my most favorite jeans EVER and attempted to button them..and apparently while hanging in the closet my jeans decided either that they hated me OR that the button and the button hole were getting a divorce (one of those bitter bitter divorces where there is no reconciliation in sight) so I decided to lay on the bed to button them (I was trying to convince them that they really did love each other and deserved to be together) so while I tried my best ( cussing like a sailor) to get the two to "hook" up, Scotty walks in the bedroom to ask me if I am ready (brave man) and somewhere in the mist of me struggling to get them buttoned and glaring at him and saying "almost", the button flew off my jeans at a very high rate of speed (it sounded like someone shot a gun inside a saloon of one of those old westerns). Well thankfully Scotty ducked therefor saving his eye!
So it's a must, I have to lose weight, for the safety of my family!
Next on the list was budgeting. Scotty and I sat down and wrote down our bills and our income, it was sickening! We live pay day to pay day and are hoping to overcome that this year, and the way everything adds up it should be doable. We are hoping to get a newer vehicle this year because mine is wore completely out...well not completely but I drive 100 miles a day just to work and back home, and its a gas drinking fool. I added up that I spend $250.00 in two weeks just in gas, its crazy! But we like the room especially on road trips to visit family. So hopefully we can get our crap together to where we can afford a car payment.
Then lastly on the list is procrastinating, which heavens knows I do that ALOT! I haven't come up with a simple plan for that yet.
So basically I need to start counting....counting calories....counting pennies....but stop counting down to the last minute before I do something.
***I looked up the button and button hole on the love calculator and apparently they were doomed from the start because their score was only 27%***

LOL! Omg girl I laughed so freakin' hard at that. I had some students in here hanging out waiting for their class to finish a test and they thought I'd lost my marbles! That was the funiest thing ever!!
Well it 100% true...and that's just sad!
Hey cuz I left you something over at my blog that will give you a little work (if you do it) and make you cuss at me, but I really did it to let you know how great I think you are! So don't be too mad, okay??
Mad?? Nah...Thank you!!!!!!!!!
I laughed so hard reading this!!! I am glad everyone survived the pants buttoning experience.
