Congratulations Timmy.....

This as everyone knows (I say everyone because if you read my blog it means you are an extremely bored relative of mine, whom has been overcome with boredom so you ended up here) , is one of the greatest women who ever walked the face of the earth!

She wore many, many, many hats, and she wore them well. She spent her entire life worrying about the comfort of others, but she didn't stop with the worrying part, she did something about it, if you were hungry she fed you, sick, she nursed, if you were, she saved you.

I know you would think I was talking about Jesus himself, but I am not I am talking about my Granny, whom she took her relationship with God seriously. She wasn't one to put on a show either, the way she carried herself behind the podium at church was the exact same way she carried her self in the comfort of her house shoes (with her toes sticking out the ends), sitting in her chair at home. She was never ever a hypocrite. Which is more then I can say for me or most anyone else I know....but that's neither here nor there...

My reason for this post is, Timmy is going to be ordained on Sunday evening in Houston, so in a way he is following in Granny's footsteps (those are some pretty big open toed house shoes to fill), which we all think is AWESOME, and if anyone can do it, he can.

We all wish we could be there! ( I will tell you this Timmy.... Christy and I talked about sending you a topless stripper-gram to wish the BrEaST of luck, I should also point out it was alllllll Christy's idea and I thankfully talked her out of it!)

So, Tim remember your family loves you and is proud of you,

and you know if theese two were still with us, they would be there,

but I have a feeling they will be there still...
